Welcome
Thanks for prayerfully considering DPNRV your home, our heart is for you to join us and be loved! We are passionate about cultivating a Holy Spirit led family environment built up by every generation, those who grew up in the NRV as well as those who are new to our community. We want to be to advance the Kingdom both in the our NRV community and beyond. You will find families with kids at different stages of life, home-schooled, public schooled and privately schooled. We are single and widowed, newly married and empty nesters, divorced and remarried, a multi-cultural blend where all people feel welcomed.
Connect Groups
DPNRV offers a variety of opportunities to get connected to the body. We encourage every person to connect in small group close to where they live. These groups will also be reaching out to their community to make a difference for Christ. There are also gatherings for men and women specifically, as well as special events where the body can gather for family friendly events. (Link to above or vice versa
Encounter
An Encounter is a semi-annual retreat led by local leaders who will share foundational teachings. The retreat is also a place where you may connect with God and build relationships with His people. During the retreat small groups of men and small groups of women will gather after each teaching to pray and apply the teaching.
Discover DP
Series of 4 local gatherings with leaders to learn the history of DPNRV, our structure of leadership, our mission and where we feel the Lord has directed us to invest in the Kingdom locally and beyond. During this time we will share our philosophy of discipleship, our heart for connecting as believers and discuss where we invest our resources. The last gathering will be a time to explore your own gifts and how you may choose to engage as you become part of the church family.
